We pride ourselves on precision grinding technology. Our extremely high roundness as tight as 1micron requires sophisticated craftmanship.
Our products are assembled to complex mechanical products composed by tens of thousands of parts. Even if one slight distortion might cause overloading to all related items and possibly occur huge errors on total module. Regardless of a single item or mass production, we are continuously pursuing the highest quality for all of our products.

The 2 circles of our company logo look the same shapes. This circles express pre and post processes of our products and these are difficult to be distinguished. We are providing advanced grinding technology and quality control in such high level.
These 2 circles also have the meaning of “Technology / Production System” and “Individual Satisfaction”. And the overlapped part of these 2 elements means “Our Value”. Our leadership not only to our technologies, but also to production system gets social surroundings involved, and makes positive effects. One of our missions are to create the virtuous circle continuously.

Since its founding in 1970, Yamada Seisakusyo has specialized in grinding technology and developed with the time and customer demands.  We are striving for valued products by higher precision manufacturing and stable quality.

For example, Installing IoT has been used for cost management and QC management system. And for stable production control, 24/7 robotic production and scheduler systems are effectively utilized. These systems are all for better contribution by higher product value.

We are currently supplying our products directly to OEMs of hydraulic components, robots, medical devices, automobile etc. In 2023, our 4th plant starts operation. This will enhance the production/ distribution structures more and more.

We will comply with precious customers and markets  to continuously work towards improving higher engineering, quality and quick response.
